1. Processing and Fulfillment Times
- Fulfillment Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment verification.
- Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 14:00 on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched from our store, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Main store(Cape Town): 2 to 3 business days
Please note: While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be delayed by courier backlogs or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: A dynamic rate will be communicated via email or phone call regarding all deliveries. The rate is based on distance from our store.
- Bulk Orders: Large or wholesale commercial orders may attract heavy-freight surcharges, which will be calculated and communicated via email.
4. Tracking Your Order
