Our return policy is fully compliant with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Cool-Off Period & Unwanted Items
- In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to a 7-day cool-off period. You may cancel your purchase and return unwanted, unused items for a refund within 7 days of receiving them.
- Condition: Items must be completely unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for covering the courier costs to return unwanted items back to our store.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we accidentally packed the wrong item, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery at (enquiries@bellaserve.co.za).
- Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
- We will arrange for our courier to collect the damaged or incorrect item from you at our expense. Once inspected and verified, we will dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund/store credit.
3. Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
4. Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the item and whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed via your original method of payment (or via EFT into a verified bank account) within 5 to 10 business days.
